Authentication
SSO sign-in and the pending-activation screen shown to first-time users before an administrator assigns them a Budget Center and role.
Country Office Reporting
The reporting surface used by Country Office focal points: dashboard, editable output detail (Budget / KPI / Narrative WYSIWYG / Scorecard + file attachments), submission history, report generation and documentation.
Review & Analytics
The Regional Office side: queue of submissions, read-only review with comments, approve / request-revision flow, and consolidated analytics.
Endorsement
Second stage of the approval chain: dashboard with pipeline overview, programmatic endorsement of submissions cleared by M&E, alignment with strategic priorities and budget envelopes.
Final Approval
Final sign-off stage: dashboard with regional snapshot, approval queue, and lock submissions for upward reporting to Member States and the AFRO Director.
System Administration
User management, Budget Center configuration, output assignments across the GPW 14 catalogue, and the immutable audit trail.

How this is built
Single shared stylesheet (assets/styles.css), one data file (assets/data.js), shared utilities and modal system (assets/common.js), and reusable output-detail renderers (outputs-renderer.js) used by BC edit / PBM review / historical view. Zero CSS duplication across the HTML pages.
